Wisdom and Folly by Alethea

On Godly Street. I, Prudence, and I, Wisdom live together and host simple, loving people who thirst for the knowledge of Truth. Next door to us, there is Hope. Then, Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control live on the Fruits of the Spirit Lane.

I, Prundence, and I Wisdom, do not associate with these people who live on Death Drive far from us:

Folly, Death, Wicked, Evil, Ungodly, Murder, Adulturess, Prostitute, and Temptation live on Death's Drive.

Every day, I, Wisdom would go out to market beyond, to the towns beyond ours, to the cities beyond ours, and would cry:
"Whatever man is simple, let him turn in my house!"

To whoever lacks sense I say:

"Come eat my bread and wine! Dine with me! Leave your simple ways and come find insight and truth!"

A few would follow me, but more would follow Folly to the way to Death.

"Come! Spend the night in bed with me! Come Sin is not real, Sin is no brother! One night cannot hurt!"

But Folly is the way to Death. I, Prudence would make the bread and wine, and give the senseless people sense, and give the tired a room to stay. We, Prudence and Wisdom would give them understanding and insight. But many follow would Folly to the way of Death.

People are irrational! Why would one want to follow someone to the way of Death and Satan? Repent and believe my friends, listen to God, not men! Why should you listen to ungodly men and not listen to the Creator of life?
