We have hit the time of year that is just kinda blah. The holidays are over, the weather is dreary and spring seems a far way off. This is the time when many people get seasonal depression or are just plain sad. Suffering happens throughout the whole year, but winter seems to be a time when more people are suffering.  We wanted to share some resources that have helped us when we are suffering.
